The daughter of a successful Maryland real estate investor, Kim acquired an interest in real estate early in life. She moved to Virginia in 1979 to attend James Madison University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Over the next 25 years of teaching, raising a family, and renovating a late-1800’s home in Orange County with her husband, her enthusiasm for real estate remained. She spent her spare time pursuing and reading countless books and literature on real estate. Her favorite pastime for many years has been following the Fredericksburg area real estate market. Kim became a Realtor with Keller Williams in 2010. She is now able to devote herself to her lifelong passion and invest her knowledge and expertise in helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
